    Ingredients
    
                
        
    
            
            
                
        
    - 1 (smoked, poached or BBQ'd) chicken breast (sliced)
 - 2 large handfuls lettuce leaves (chopped)
 - 1 small-medium avocado (sliced)
 - 2 eggs (boiled and halved)
 - 1 handful walnuts (chopped)
