Dandelion Root Latte

If you experience health problems, like candida, thyroid disease or adrenal issues coffee can be a real problem. But if you enjoy drinking a good cup of (after dinner) coffee try this dandelion root coffee instead. Dandelion root coffee is a tasty, caffeine-free alternative that is good for you as well.

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp. ground roasted dandelion root
  • 3 tbsp. coconut milk (canned)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp. ground roasted dandelion root
  • 3 tbsp. coconut milk (canned)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Place water and dandelion in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Strain liquid into a cup.
  4. Add coconut milk and vanilla.
  5. Stir and enjoy!
