Adrenal Fatigue Cocoa Mousse

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 3tbsp. full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2tbsp. raw honey
  • 1tsp. vanilla extract
  • real salt (to taste)
  • chopped almonds, walnuts or coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
  1. Halve and remove the pit from avocados. Scoop out avocado flesh and combine with coconut milk, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and real salt in a food processor.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds. Remove cover and scape down the sides with a spatula. Now blend until the mousse is silky smooth.
  3. You can add a little extra coconut milk if the mixture is too thick, .
  4. For the most tasty result, refrigerate until chilled. Garnish with the chopped almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes. Or you can use your own favorite topping(s) !
