Ingredients
  • 1/4cup walnuts
  • 1tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1tbsp. punpkin seeds
  • 1tbsp. brown flaxseed
  • 1tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
  • real salt (to taste)
  • 1cup boiling water
Instructions
  1. Put all the dry ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until finely ground
  2. Pour boiling water into the blender and cover the lid
  3. Start blending slowly at first and then turn up the speed until the porridge is smooth
  4. Put the porridge in a bowl
  5. Garnish with shredded coconut, sunflower seeds or your other favorite topping
  6. Enjoy!
